Uninstall an App

The “uninstall” feature empowers organizations with the capability to securely remove unauthorized apps from a device(s). To uninstall an app from a device, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the “Manage Devices” page

2. Select the actions icon on the actual device where the app is to be uninstalled from

3. Select “uninstall application” from the list of options

4. Select the app to be uninstalled from the list of apps displayed and check the box.

5. Click on the Uninstall button to uninstall the app.
