The SmartMDM solution comprises Android and an Administrative backend that allows the admin to manage the devices within their ecosystem.

SmartMDM-Android

The SmartMDM-Android solution supports Android devices running on OS versions 5.1 - 11. Once enrolled in an organization’s ecosystem, users assigned to the android device can log in and use the device for the intended purpose.

SmartMDM Portal

The portal is the administrative backend that enables IT admins of an organization easily perform device management functions. From here, an admin can;

  • Add their business apps on the platform and send these apps via Over-The-Air app update to their devices.

  • Create and assign authorized users to specific devices.

  • Assign compliance policies to all devices in their ecosystem.

  • Track the device location in real time.

  • Monitor the productivity of each user in realtime.

  • View audit logs from all devices to facilitate faster troubleshooting.

  • View the admin dashboard that contains comprehensive details about all the activities in their ecosystem to enable them make informed data-driven business decisions.
