OTA is an acronym for Over-the-Air. It is an effective way to push application updates such as bug fixes & improvements. Imagine having to recall about 20,000 devices scattered all over the different regions because a new version of an app is available to be installed.

With OTA devices irrespective of their location can receive app updates and install the same when required.

To push OTA app updates, Add a new app or a new app version, and map the app to the devices you want the updates to be sent. The devices (Windows & Android) will receive the prompt to install the new app version at the point Login. Click here to learn how to “Add a new app version” and “how to map app to devices”
