Navigate to the “Manage Devices” page
Select the actions icon on the actual device where the app is to be uninstalled from
Select “uninstall application” from the list of options

Select the app to be uninstalled from the list of apps displayed and check the box.
Click on the Uninstall button to uninstall the app.
