To add a user on the platform, follow these steps:

The admin is able to create a single user as well as users in bulk using the bulk user creation template. An admin is also able to perform bulk “activation/deactivation”, “Bulk password reset” and “Bulk user update”. |

The bulk user creation module allows an admin to create multiple users at a time. An admin can create up to 1000 users at a time on the portal. There are required fields in the template represented by an asterisk. This means that the bulk user creation process would fail if the admin/user does not fill out those columns. The required columns as shown in this template Fig. 4 include; Surname, First Name, Email, Gender, Mobile number, Role, & Dealer. The columns “Gender”, “Role” “Dealer”, “Zone” are drop-down selections so a user does not have to type in a value. They can select from a list of prepopulated data. |
