Introduction

Device Enrolment describes the processes undertaken by a user to onboard a device to the organisation’s ecosystem. Seamfix' Mobile Device Management (MDM) makes this seamless by allowing you automate MDM enrolment while also simplifying the initial device setup.

Adding Devices

To add a device on the platform, a user can explore any of the options available; Single Device Enrolment or Bulk Device Enrolment. The option decided, is dependent on the user’s immediate business need. If they intend to enrol just one device, “Single Device Enrolment” is a good option but in a case where they desire to enrol more than one device, “Bulk Device Enrolment” is perfect as it makes enrolment easy and most importantly, prevents duplication of effort.

The single device enrolment, as explained earlier, allows you to enrol one device at a time on the platform.

For Single Device Enrolment, follow these steps:

  1. Login to SMARTMDM web portal, go to Device enrolment > Enroll a device page from “Enrol options”, Click on SINGLE DEVICE ENROLMENT.
