Pre-enrolment
In this process, the IT admin pre-enrolls enrols the device from on the SmartMDM admin console using a bulk template. With the bulk enrolment template, an admin is able to enroll enrol up to 20,000 devices at a time without hassles. it helps you save time & increase faster onboarding time.
Devices pre-enrolled will not be required to enter the company ID during device provisioning as the device is already recognized within the organization’s ecosystem as an authorized device.

Self Enrolment
In this process, a user is able to onboard the device by themselves without their device either on their own or with support from their IT admin. Upon successful installation of the SmartMDM app, the user can create their credentials or log in with a valid credential created on their behalf by their admin.
In this case, a user installs the SmartMDM application on the device and enters their valid company ID to tag the device to your organization.
